Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms govern use of REVIVE (the "Service"), operated by Lorenzo Rewti, an individual doing business as REVIVE (a sole proprietorship) ("REVIVE," "we"). By creating a workspace or connecting a data source, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent ("Customer," "you").
1. The Service
REVIVE connects to a CRM you already use, or a spreadsheet of your pipeline, identifies leads with preventable follow-up delays, estimates the revenue at stake, and - only with your approval - executes a recovery action (an AI voice call or a task assigned to your team), then measures the result against a holdout group. REVIVE is under active development; features, scoring methodology, and supported integrations may change.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your workspace, including actions taken by teammates you invite.
3. Your data and authorization
By connecting a CRM or uploading a spreadsheet, you represent that you're authorized to give REVIVE access to that data, and that your use of REVIVE - including any outbound calling or messaging REVIVE performs on your behalf - complies with applicable law (including telemarketing and data protection law) in every jurisdiction where your leads are located. REVIVE enforces the consent and do-not-call fields you configure; you are responsible for the accuracy of that underlying data.
4. Nothing happens without your approval
REVIVE proposes recovery actions; it does not act on its own. Every recommendation sits in a queue until a person on your team approves, overrides, or rejects it. You can disconnect your data source or pause outreach at any time from Setup - disconnecting backs up and clears your leads and deals from active use.
5. Who owns what
You own your CRM data - always. Connecting it to REVIVE doesn't transfer any ownership; REVIVE only processes it to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. REVIVE owns the Service itself: its software, normalized data models, decision engine, and any analysis methodology - none of that is licensed or transferred to you by using REVIVE.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these terms - this covers your business and CRM data on our side, and REVIVE's non-public product and pricing details on yours. Doesn't apply to information that's already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
7. Limitations of AI-generated recommendations
REVIVE's recommendations, revenue-gap estimates, and recoverable-value calculations are generated from your own historical CRM data using a statistical model - they are estimates, not guarantees, and are explicitly labeled as such throughout the product (see the Executive Summary's distinction between pipeline, expected, and closed revenue). REVIVE separates observed facts from calculations, estimates, assumptions, and recommendations wherever it presents a finding, and never represents pipeline value as revenue already recovered. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated call summary or recommendation before relying on it for a business decision.
8. Fees
Pricing is as agreed in your order form or pilot agreement with REVIVE. Where no separate agreement exists, the Service is provided on a trial basis and either party may end it at any time. Paid invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice; REVIVE may suspend access for accounts past due.
9. Termination
You may stop using REVIVE and disconnect your CRM at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms, misuses the Service, or goes unpaid past any agreed terms. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement between you and REVIVE.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVIVE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles - the same jurisdiction as the Pilot Agreement.
13. Changes
We'll post any material changes here and update the date above. Continued use of REVIVE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
